BOEN Rapid provides rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing services for a wide range of industries. Our capabilities include CNC machining, metal and plastic 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, vacuum casting, injection molding, die casting, and custom tooling. We support projects throughout the entire product development cycle, from early-stage prototypes to full production.
What is your typical lead time for prototype parts?
Most CNC machined and 3D printed prototype parts can be delivered within 5–10 business days. Lead time depends on factors such as part complexity, material selection, quantity, and finishing requirements. Expedited manufacturing services are also available for urgent projects.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. BOEN Rapid does not require a minimum order quantity. Whether you need a single prototype, a small production batch, or larger manufacturing volumes, we can support your project requirements.
What materials can you manufacture?
We manufacture parts using a broad selection of engineering-grade metals and plastics. Common materials include aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, PEEK, TPU, and PMMA. Additional materials are available for industrial, medical, aerospace, automotive, and other specialized applications.
How do you ensure part quality?
Quality is maintained through ISO-certified manufacturing processes and comprehensive quality control procedures. Our process includes in-process inspections, final dimensional verification, and full material traceability. Material certificates, inspection reports, and Certificates of Conformity (COC) are available upon request.
